Partnership Program

An Independent Partner for Your Association Projects

Your board hits projects and bids that need construction expertise. Prefer co-branded coordination? We work alongside your team under a shared banner, and TruPoint's identity, role, and fee stay visible to the board at every step.

Board-side advisory is paid for by the board, always. Managers can engage us for manager-side services of their own, but the board's advisor answers to the board.

Why Companies Call Us

The heavy project lift, handled

Big exterior projects are their own discipline: scope development, product and method selection, bid procurement, and construction oversight. Most management teams handle a hundred things well and may want additional help in this one specialty when a major project lands.

That is the gap we fill. We help your boards build the right scope and method for their specific community, align the right vendors and products, and run a bid process that produces an organized, documented comparison the board can decide from.

Everything here is a la carte. Pick the pieces that complement your top-shelf service.

We make the manager's job easier and keep the decision where it belongs, with the board.

How We Help

Your relationship, our project expertise

You keep the client

You bring us in as the independent bid administrator or owner's representative for your board. We work under your coordination, your board keeps one point of contact, and your company is the one that solved the problem.

A level, documented bid

Bids come to us, openings are recorded, and evaluations are documented. Our advisory fee never changes based on which vendor wins, so the record stays clean and the board can point to it.

Everything is disclosed

The relationship between your company and ours is disclosed to the board in writing, every time.

We're a partner, not a competitor. Community management is your business, and it stays your business, every association we serve through this program stays your client. Referrals run both directions: boards ask us for management recommendations more often than you'd think.

How It Works

Two ways companies plug us in

  • Per-project. A board has a big project coming; you bring us in to run the bid, the oversight, or both. Scoped and priced per engagement.
  • Portfolio arrangement. A standing relationship covering the associations in your book with major projects ahead, consistent process, consistent documentation, one call to mobilize.

Straight Answers

Manager FAQ

Who pays TruPoint?

The board, always. Board-side advisory is paid for by the board it serves. A management company can engage us for manager-side services of its own, but it never buys the board's advisory, and no contractor or vendor pays us anything on a board engagement.

Does TruPoint replace the manager?

No. Managers run communities; boards make the capital decisions. We add a narrow layer: on the handful of capital decisions a year, a dedicated second set of eyes that is paid only by the board. The manager stays the hub, and the credit for a well-run project lands on the manager's team.

What does the manager get out of it?

An easier project, less exposure, and a board that sees its manager brought in a process that protects everyone. We run the bid mechanics and the documentation, and we point the credit back to the management team where it belongs.
