Rapid RFP: Real Budget Numbers, Fast
Wondering what a project might cost before you bring it to the board? Rapid RFP is our quick-turn budgeting tool. Send photos or a short walk-around video, answer a few questions, and we send back a planning budget your board can actually use: a realistic price range, what drives the number, and the smart next step.

Here is what happens next. Within 24 hours you will get a note from us with instructions and a secure link to upload photos and video of the areas you want scoped.
The link comes from LiveSwitch, the tool we use for walkthroughs, so the text will arrive from a number that is not ours. No app download, no account to create. Follow the on-screen steps and record what you see.
When your walkthrough comes in, we build your budget range and email it to you.
Your first project is free. Questions before you start? Call or text 612-440-8660.

The Ground Rules
What Rapid RFP is, and is not
This is a planning estimate for budgeting, not a contractor's bid. The numbers come from current market ranges and 31 years of building-product experience, and they are not tied to any contractor. When your board is ready for real numbers, we take the same information into a full scope and a clean competitive bid, and our advisory fee never changes based on which contractor you select.
The Cost
What it costs
Your association's first Rapid RFP is free. It is how we introduce ourselves.
Rapid RFP delivers a budget number, not a firm bid. Pricing is based on the photos and video you provide plus regional cost averages, with no destructive testing. Bidding contractors are required to field verify all conditions before final pricing.
When your board is ready to move from a budget number to a real project, start a full RFP and scope.
