Every association project has three sides. The board and the homeowners it serves. The management company that keeps operations running. The vendors, contractors, and partners who do the work. Each one sees the project from its own corner, and each one is supposed to.

TruPoint sits in the middle. Our job is finding the truth at the center of those three corners: what the building actually needs, what the market actually charges, and what the documents actually say. We work with everyone at the table, and our fidelity is to your board. Our fee comes only from the association, and it never changes based on which contractor is selected.
