How It Works
What being on the bench means
Boards ask us constantly who they should call. Rather than answer from memory, we keep a reviewed directory of providers we're comfortable putting in front of a client, and boards take it from there: they contact you directly, vet you on their own terms, and make their own decision.
- Acceptance is by review, not automatic. We look at every application, and we say no when the fit isn't there.
- Listing is free. A spot on the bench is earned on quality, and quality is the only currency we take.
- The bar is caliber and character. Every provider on the bench is expected to do excellent work and deal straight, with boards, with managers, and with us.
Being listed is not a promise of referrals or work volume. It means that when the right project comes up, a board can find you through us and judge your firm for itself.
