The Standard
The TruPoint Transparency Pledge
Every engagement runs on the same promise, made in both directions. TruPoint makes this pledge to every board we serve. Every contractor on our bench signs its mirror before they see a single project.
The board's advisory is paid for by the board. No contractor, vendor, or manager can buy it, discount it, or subsidize it.
No one pays us for access. Nobody buys a spot in front of a board, a place on our bench, or a ranking on a list.
Our fee never moves with the board's choice. The advisory fee is identical no matter which contractor is selected, never waived, credited, or rebated.
Every relationship that could affect our independence is disclosed in writing before it matters.
The bids stay sealed and open together. Documented, scored on the record, decided by the board.
When a disclosed relationship bids, the board directs the affected member's role in scoring it, and that direction is documented in writing.
We report what the building needs. Not more because it pays better, not less because it is easier to sell.
Boards get straight answers, even when the answer is 'we do not know' or 'that is outside our lane.'

The Contractor's Oath
The partner-facing mirror of the same standard. Signed, dated, and kept on file before a firm sees its first project.
My pricing is real. The number I give is the number I stand behind, and every fee in it is visible to the board.
I pay no undisclosed referral fees and I accept none. If money moves between me and anyone connected to a project, the board knows in writing.
I report what the building needs. Not more because it pays better, not less because it wins the bid.
I respect the sealed bid. I do not fish for other bidders' numbers, and I do not ask for a second bite after the envelopes open.
My license and insurance stay current, and my certificates are on file before I set foot on a property.
My change orders are documented, priced, and justified before the work happens, not after.
I disclose any relationship I have with TruPoint, a management company, or a board member on any project I bid.
I give boards straight answers, even when the answer is 'I do not know' or 'that is not my trade.'
