Privacy policy details

The short version: we collect only what you send us through our forms, we use it to reply to you and provide the service you asked for, we never sell it, and this site runs no ad trackers and sets no cookies.

What we collect, and why

• The contact and project forms (the contact page, the boards and managers pages, and the Start a Project wizard), your name, phone, email, association name, role, and the project details you choose to share. Used to reply to you and provide the service you asked about.
• The Rapid RFP form, your name, phone, email, association name, role, project type, and project details, plus any photos and video you send through the upload link we email you. Used to prepare and return your budget estimate and to follow up on your request.
• The partner network application, the contact and company details a contractor or vendor submits to be considered for our vetted construction network. Used to review and vet applicants.
• The review form, your name, email, association, role, rating, and review. Your email is never published; it's used only to confirm the review is really yours. Your words, name, role, and association are published only with the permission you grant on that form, and you can ask us to take a review down at any time.
• If you call or email us directly, we keep the correspondence the way any business keeps its records. Nothing automated happens with it.

We do not run a mailing list or send marketing email. We use your information only to respond to you and to provide the services you ask for.

Who else touches your data

• Formspree. When you submit the contact, project, partner network, or review forms, Formspree processes and delivers them to us. It's a form-handling service; it doesn't use your information for anything but getting your message to us.
• Rapid RFP processing. Rapid RFP requests, including any photos and video you send, are handled by our own service running on Cloudflare and are stored in our customer records so we can prepare your estimate and follow up. That material is used only to price and scope your project.
• Cloudflare. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs (IP addresses, pages requested, timestamps) like every web host does. Cloudflare also gives us aggregate traffic analytics, page counts and country-level totals measured at the network edge. It's cookie-free and doesn't profile or follow individual visitors.

That's the complete list. Even this site's fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third party. We use no advertising trackers, no social-media pixels, and we do not sell or rent anyone's information, not to anyone, not ever.

Cookies

This site sets none. No cookie banner because there's nothing to consent to.

Children

This site is for HOA board members and property managers, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
